Applicable for packing Steamed cakes, other soft and sticky objects with regular shape, which come out in order with large capacity.

Steamed cake type automatic feeding & packing line Main function & structure characteristics:

1.Steamed cake feeding and packing line(vertical type)consists of distance conveyor, sinking type conveyor automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Steam cakes and other products are pulling the distance and arranged, then distributed to feeding unit by sinking type conveyor which are controlled by photoelectric, after being arranged and located in the feeding unit, the products finally flow to automatic packing machine. The Steamed cake feeding & packing line can achieve the effects of continuous and orderly production, low rejection rate, and beautiful packing appearance.

2.Packing speed of one line can achieve to 80-130bags/min.

3.Power supply adopts 220V 50HZ,total power is about 10 KW as the drawing(2 line).
